When an organization requests a consultation or SOW, we collect business contact details, corporate email addresses, authorized representatives, and project specifications.
For institutional compliance, we may collect business registration details and beneficial ownership declarations. For Remote Infrastructure Management clients, we process system health metrics, uptime data, and operational error logs without inspecting end-user payload content unless explicitly directed.
2. Purpose of Processing & No Data Sale
Information is processed only to deliver software engineering, API infrastructure, automated reconciliation, SOW milestones, security support, and infrastructure stability.
Faka Technology LLC does not sell, rent, license, or monetize client data, infrastructure logs, or corporate contact lists to advertisers or marketing brokers. Verified cloud providers may process data under confidentiality obligations solely for hosting and computation.
3. Technical Security Measures
Data in transit is protected using modern TLS encryption, while databases and code repositories maintain AES-256 encryption at rest where supported by the selected infrastructure provider.
Access to client codebases, credentials, and production environments is restricted to authorized personnel using least-privilege permissions, multi-factor authentication, and audit logging.
4. Retention, Disclosure & Legal Requests
We retain business and project records for as long as needed to provide contracted services, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, regulatory obligation, or to protect the rights, security, and integrity of the Company, our clients, or our infrastructure.
